Place a dab of frosting on the bottom of the Nilla Wafer and attach to the bottom of the Hershey Kiss. Then add a dab of frosting to the top of the Nilla Wafer forming a "stem" A bowl full of YUM!
These are MOST wonderful using mini Nutter Butter's for all of you Peanut Butter Chocolate LOVERS...
