It's that time of year again... Teacher gift time... I try and do something personable for my children's teachers. These were last years gifts {I had way more to make last year}... This year, Jeffrey's teacher is getting married in June, so I made her a wooden sign with her soon to be last name.

You can purchase the pattern to make a funky chucky bracelet of your own here. If she is sold out convo her for more!!
Finding My Daily Blessing:
Spike is home, just finished mowing the lawn, Chris is playing 2 Sunday services at church {we went to the Saturday night service and saw him play} then had a nice dinner with my parents, Johnny, Matt, Jeffrey, and Tanner are having a FUN, food filled weekend at Paparoni and Grandmas. God is Good...
SUPER cute, Jen! When are you putting some of these yummy items in your shop??? Lori

I use to make notepads for all of the teachers, special care staff, office help, etc. {In the Christian school the boys attended for pre-school - 8th grade}.
ReplyDeleteBought totally plain note pads. The first year, I bought a cute rubber stamp with a lineup of kids on it.
Then I stamped away. Wrote a personal note on the top sheet of each person's pad, tied them up with a pretty ribbon, loaded them in a basket and went delivering. They were such a hint that some of the staff was dropping hints the following year they hoped I planned on doing the same thing again . . . :-}
Loving the pillow and bracelet. I figured out the shrinky dink flower & leaf that Elise showed you... maybe we can trade bracelets :)
ReplyDeleteJen, Great gifts! Would you do us a tutorial on the name sign? You have the creative juices flowing all the time. Love it! Jackie
