I have a bit of a ♥ for pennant banners... Yesterday I went to Big Lots and found a large triangle punch for $5.00 bought it and came home and made these pennant tags... Thinking I might sell them in my etsy shop {which hasn't had any goods in a long time}... I was thinking 3 tags for $4.00... What do you think??
Next I made these birds following this tutorial. I then attached them around my collapsed egg basket. Instant wreath!
