Easter Craft

So I have this swap partner {Lori} and I asked her to please tell me what she would like, she did even better... Sent me pictures!! Here is a sign from April 2007 Country Living...

Here is my version, didn't have a vintage chalkboard, so I bought an unfinished one...

She liked the banner I made Elise and sent me this picture from the same Country Living magazine... Guess what I have that stamp set!

My version... Unfortunately the pictures don't show the great color palette of the fabric...
I really LOVE how it turned out!!

Close up of the stamp...

That is so cute!! I hope to improve on my crafting skills this year. I think that would be a neat project. Maybe you can blog about how you made the banner. Very cute!! :)

I saw that on Lori's page also and thought it was cute. I actually saw an old chalkboard last weekend at this antique store and I am going to go get it. When I saw that it hit me I know where one of those were.

Love the banner...don't think I could make one of those but then again I need to stop saying I can't when I haven't even tried. Don't tell my kids that cause I always tell them can't never do.

You are so crafty!

I have had my couch for twenty years and I am so ready for a new one...but with all that is going on I am waiting a little longer. I have enjoyed it and it has heldup great but it is OLD now. When we moved in I wanted an entertainment center and needed a small table for my kitchen so I bought both when we moved in, well we got them and have to pay them off in another year...You know how they have had those deals of buy it and wait two years interest free well that is what we did and so now we got to pay those babies off and then my couch will be here. Time is all I have. Anyway thanks for sharing you had a couch like this...Seems we have good taste...
Have a wonderful evening!
