Homemade Brownies

I ♥ brownies...
9 1/2 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 sticks of butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350

Spray a 9 x 13 with non stick spray, and line bottom with parchment paper {not sure why, just do it}

Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or in microwave {stirring often} Stir until completely smooth.

Beat eggs, sugar, and salt in mixing bowl until combined.

Beat in chocolate mixture.

Fold in flour until fully incorporated.

Pour batter into prepared 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 20 minutes...

I love brownies. I love chocolate. I love anything that is calorie-laden and has lots of butter in it. I will make these! :)

Parchment paper makes sure those suckers don't stick, and also so they don't over brown. I love me some parchment paper! (:

YOUR brownies are the only brownies I like. Seriously I am not usually a brownie person but I would eat a whole plate of yours!

Those look so fudgy good! And the recipe looks easy! Thanks! I am going to try them when lots of kids are in the house so I don't eat them all! :)
