Oh Jen... you made me chuckle so. See, one of our daughter-in-loves and "My" Kate both still MUST have their baby blankets to sleep with... and both of them are in their twenties.
I too LOVE "Little people". I have a collection of them in the attic which might be venturing out to surprise Analyse soon. She LOVES "surprises"! And I love watching her love them!
I seldom wear makeup. Use to be mainly just eye makeup - mascara and eye liner... but being Ms. Vertigo has done away with that!!!
I'm glad you have special things from dear friends that you can view and touch on a daily basis. Helps dealing with the rest of "life".
