Vintage Crafty Supplies

Vintage lace and velvet ribbon.

Thread, thread, and more thread...

I went to my parents house this past weekend, their friends were there having a yard sale full of vintage craft supplies (most from the 1960's)

Glad I don't have to darn socks...

Here is some of the goodies
Vintage buttons, yarn, embroidery hoops, fabric...
Look cream crocheted circles (I think I will make a "snowflake" garland with them)

A craft cozy, I would love a purse made out of this daisy print...

And the mother lode was this awesome apron...
♥ the fabric...

That daisy print is fabulous. I love the apron fabric too. So Partridge Family... just makes you get happy. :)

Girl, you better be glad I don't live near you, or else you'd be missing some stuff!! You scored big!!! Love the "snowflakes" and a garland was exactly what I was thinking of when I saw them. Is that an ice cream container holding buttons or something?!?!

How fun! I love the circles as well and they do look like snowflakes! I see lots of crafting in your future.

Hi Jen ;->
So-o did you end up with stuff crammed in the vehicle around every bodies feet? I've 'heard' that can happen o;-p

I don't remember, do you get much real snow in your neck of this country?

My goodness - what a wonderful collection of vintage goodness - and so organized. Those doilies would make an amazing snowflake garland - and I'm in love with that apron fabric - so sweet.
