Did I mention AMAZING?
Grilled Bruschette Chicken
I made this last night and I have to say I felt a little guilty about bbqing chicken while "Pico Pica" watched from the olive tree....
1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing Divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tomato, finally chopped
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil, or 1 tsp. dried basil
Pour 2 TBSP of the dressing over the chicken in a resealable ziplock bag. For at least 10 minutes, I did it more like and hour....
Take chicken from bag and place on the grill, fully cook.
While cooking mix, tomatoes, cheese, basil, and remaining dressing.
On the other side of your grill heat and add a piece of foil to the grill, place cooked chicken on the foil.
Top with with tomato mixture until cheese is melty...
Serve with Pesto or salad and french bread...
Did I mention this was AMAZING??

I have a very similar (ww) recipe for the electric skillet. And it is OH-MY-GOODNESS good!! Except it probably doesn't have the mozzarella cheese ~ obviously! Hahaha. I will be writing this one down and serving it up real soon! Thanks for letting us in on your delicious secret!

Oh hello YUMMY!!!! It's actually sunny here today. The BBQ might actually get used! :)
The plates have been up for weeks now. When I dust them every week I just push on them once to make sure they are stuck. So far so good! You can use more than one command strip on a plate if your nervous. My plates aren't that heavy. And I LOVE that I don't have to poke a whole in my wall. :)
This sounds so delicious! May try it this weekend! Have a wonderful weekend...julie
I am most definetly copying and trying this one!!!
One of our favorites, in-fact, we have served it for several various events we've done the food for (rehersal dinner, church board memebers and wifes, etc.), is actually quite easy too.
Marianete skinless, boneless chicken breasts (see, your pet chicken is safe, as she wouldn't have enough pieces ;-p) 24 hours in Kraft's Parmesan Italian Dressing (if you can't find this type, then use their Italian dressing, and thourally mix it with a lot of real parmesan dressing). Grill and Enjoy. It's really good served with tossed salad and baked potatoes. (Simple).
{Do NOT put left over marinade(?) down your sink!!! Freeze it in an empty can, and then put it out on trash day.}
Hope you enjoy this one too ;-}
Oh my word, this is making me HUNGRY! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
